I believe that when we trust ourselves and live our dreams, we inspire others to do the same.

I am a Taurus earth mama of 3 boys. I live in the desert southwest with my hubby and kids. I love travel, adventure and good food.

I am certified advanced coach and trainer.

My passion for and degree in activism and social change is a driving force in the work that I do.
